Precautions for receiving awards

1. The prize collection period is from August 6, 2023 to November 6, 2023. Winners are required to bring their national ID card during the prize collection period (non-nationals can use passports, residence permits or certificates issued by the Immigration Department of the Ministry of the Interior) The entry and exit permit is used as a substitute and the receipt invoice for winning the prize, and it can be redeemed at the counter according to the prize redemption business hours announced by the prize distribution unit, and the prize cannot be claimed after the deadline.
2. Those who fail to specify the amount in the receipt invoice shall not be allowed to receive the award.
3. If the buyer of the receipt invoice is a government agency, public enterprise, public school, army or business person, it is not allowed to accept the award.
4. Winners of third or above prizes shall be subject to 20% income tax withholding by the prize-issuing unit according to regulations.
5. Winners of the fifth prize and E-invoice exclusive prize of 500 yuan or more shall pay 0.4% stamp tax according to the regulations, but have set up a prize receiving account on the electronic invoice integration service platform of the Ministry of Finance or the receipt invoice redemption app to redeem the prize , exempt from paying stamp duty.
6. If the winning receipt invoice matches multiple prizes at the same time, only one prize can be redeemed.
